Calls going straight to voicemail9/1/2023 ![]() I'd love to try to figure out what needs resetting before I deal with them on Monday. For example, you can customize settings so that during business hours, you receive calls on the Zoom desktop client and mobile app, but during closed hours, all calls go straight to your voicemail. Of course our tech support service is not available because it's a holiday weekend. Admins and phone users can customize call handling settings to determine how calls are routed during business, closed, or holiday hours. And I can't find any other feature to reset. I've made sure I am not in "do not disturb" mode. I did not go into the system and deliberately reset this - as the solution to the previous thread calls for doing. I can't figure out how or why, or what I did, possibly, to make this happen. Extension "299" internally.Ĭalls to extension 299 ring normally at my desk and I can answer them.Ĭalls to extension 1, however, go straight to voicemail without ever ringing. My phone is known by 2 extensions to our phone system.
